Today I got curious as to the meaning of my family's last name, so after school I performed a search on some genealogy site. As it turns out, my last name is as follows: Sten (old spelling) or Stein (new spelling) means stone, and Kvist (old) or Quist (new) means twig. Now that means that my literal last name is Stone Twig or Twig of the Stone........................thats really lame.
